By commissioning me, you agree to these terms
CONTENT
I'm happy to draw pretty much anything, so long as I creatively vibe with it and it's neither hateful nor illegal.
Adult content (sex, violence, drugs, objectionable content) is fine, provided that you are an adult person.
If I think I'll have trouble drawing your concept for any reason, I'll let you know as soon as I can.
PAYMENT
I accept payment through Ko-Fi, Paypal or bank transfer.
Work will begin once payment is received, but I don't have a deadline on this.
APPROVAL
If you're commissioning an inked or coloured piece, I will check in with you at each stage to make sure it's heading in the right direction. I'm happy to adjust as we go, or do minor edits afterward if desired!
TIMING
I usually take between a week to a month, depending on my queue and my life.
If you'd like an update, hit me up whenever. If you've got a deadline, let me know in advance!
PRIVACY
Unless requested otherwise, I will likely mention you when posting your commission online.
Let me know if you'd prefer to remain anonymous!
Alternatively, if you'd rather your commission isn't posted online at all, my privacy fee is $20.
REFUNDS
If you need to cancel for any reason, I'll refund based on the work completed.
For example, if you bought lineart and I completed a sketch, I'll refund the total minus the price of the sketch.
I retain the right to cancel on commissioners who behave abusively.
USE
You're welcome to repost or use your commission however you like, provided you aren't profiting off of it or using it to promote hatred or violence. I only ask that you credit me clearly!
You're also welcome to crop or edit your commission, though I'm happy to make minor edits upon request.
If you'd like to use my work for commercial or promotional purposes, let's work something out! Otherwise, my work and the rights thereof belong solely to me.I do not endorse the use of generative AI and will never consent to my work being used for such purposes.
